Features of the New Linea Mini include:
Built-in shot timer: Monitor each shot’s precision and consistency. Customise your shot times with pre-infusion, now with an extended timeout period of up to 99 seconds
Semi-automatic paddle: Activated by the simple start and stop motion of the paddle on the grouphead, albeit with electronic pre-infusion.
Dual boilers and PID control: Separate boilers 0.17l for coffee & 3l for steam and precise PID temperature control, ensuring that each espresso shot is brewed to perfection.
Easy pressure adjustment: Easy access to fine-tune your espresso extraction to exact preferences.
Water Reservoir: A built-in water reservoir that holds 2 litres of water and allows for a good deal of espresso experimentation before needing to refill. The water reservoir is conveniently located behind the drip tray, at the bottom of the machine. No need to remove cups or objects on top of the machine to refill the reservoir. There is also the option to plumb water and drainage, however, a plumbing kit will need to be purchased separately.
Hybrid mode (plumbed in machines) Plumbed machines can switch between traditional and new pre-infusion phases.
Hot Water Spout: Convenient spout for brewing tea and rinsing portafilters between espresso shots.
Barista Lights: Barista lights turn on when brewing is engaged, lighting up the drip tray and allowing you to see the beautiful colours of your espresso as it’s brewing.
