Features of the New Linea Micra include:
Indicator lights: Lights provide user feedback on heating and water level. Barista lights: Led lighting allows you to focus on your extraction and the cup.
Semi-automatic paddle: Activated by the simple start and stop motion of the paddle on the grouphead, albeit with electronic pre-infusion.
Dual boilers and PID control: Separate boilers 0.25l for coffee & 1.6l for steam and precise PID temperature control, ensuring that each espresso shot is brewed to perfection.
Pre-brewing: Adjustable through the app, it occurs by valve opening and closing for the set times before normal brewing starts.
Water Reservoir: A built-in water reservoir that holds 1.5 litres of water and allows for a good deal of espresso experimentation before needing to refill. The water reservoir is conveniently located behind the drip tray, at the bottom of the machine. No need to remove cups or objects on top of the machine to refill the reservoir. There is also the option to plumb water and drainage, however, a plumbing kit will need to be purchased separately.
Hot Water Spout: Convenient spout for brewing tea and rinsing portafilters between espresso shots.
Cool touch steam wand: High performing steam wand that is cool to the touch.
On/off scheduling: Set on/off scheduling for the machine through the app for the whole week, in this way your machine will be on only when it’s needed.
