This balanced, lush offering is from Colombia’s Central Valley region. The Swiss decaffeination uses a 100% chemical-free and organic process. The coffee is cleaned, soaked and prepared for the caffeine extraction. After, it is immersed in GCE (Green Coffee Extract) where there is a "counter-current" extraction process. This pulls the caffeine from the coffee. It's an incredibly innovative and fresh process, and we are proud to carry decaf coffee only processed with this method.
